I founded EarlyLinks in 2013, seeking a better work-life balance after the birth of my first daughter. Having worked extensively as a trainer and Early Years/Education consultant for several local authorities, I had a clear vision of what high-quality care and education should look like. My goal was to share my extensive knowledge and experience with others, particularly in the specialist area of 0-3s care and practice.
